John McNamara

Founder and Managing Director

With ample experience in construction, infrastructure and rail industries – John leads all operations at EXALT and makes finding the right people for your job easy.

Combining his expertise and people skills, John builds quality relationships and provides specialist advice – always keeping client satisfaction and the wellbeing of staff front of mind. With an Indigenous Labour Hire EBA certified by the CFMEU, John steers all operations with the goal of connecting Australia’s Indigenous peoples with quality employment opportunities.

Brittany Calvert

CFO

Brittany has recently come onboard, filling the role of CFO. Brittany has an extensive background within the finance industry and is a recognized leader in providing innovative solutions to a variety of challenging management situations.

Brittany has held a well-respected role within one of Melbourne’s major Finance Corporations. Brittany’s business ethics, experience and leadership skills will allow her to develop, monitor and control EXALTS finances. She is driven, passionate and committed to ensuring that Indigenous Australians are given equal opportunities when it comes to their employment.
